Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Successfully requested withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

  • You must use the same payment method for withdrawal that you used for your most recent deposit.
  • Withdrawal requests may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
  • We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
  • Winnings earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

After you have successfully submitted your withdrawal request, it may not be possible to cancel it before processing is complete. Therefore, verify all details carefully before submitting a request.

Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, account registration must be completed and a minimum first deposit of ৳300 must be made.

To withdraw any winnings earned from the bonus, you must wager the original bonus amount 15 times (15x wagering). Withdrawals from the bonus balance are not possible unless the wagering requirement is met.

General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus promotion has its own specific terms, which are stated separately with the offer.
  • Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once is prohibited.
  • If bonus benefits are misused or an attempt is made to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means, the account will be closed.
  • bq678 reserves the right to change or discontinue bonus offers at any time.
